In Q4 2022 new class A business center ANDRIYIVSKY City Space is sheduled to open in Kyiv. The business center will become the dominant part of the ANDRIYIVSKY City Space mixed-use project, which will also include apartments and retail space.
The offices will occupy seven out of nine floors of the building (from the 2nd to the 8th), and their total usable area will be 9,472 sq m. Various shops, coworking spaces, as well as a rooftop restaurant with a large terrace overlooking Podil and Dnipro River will create the internal infrastructure. The underground parking has space for 68 cars and a charging station for electric cars.
Saga Development has recently signed an exclusive agency agreement with the international consulting company Cushman & Wakefield, which will be responsible for the tenants recruitment. According to the terms of the agreement, Cushman & Wakefield will ensure the maximum occupancy of the business center until the construction completion.
The building at 22 Andriyivska St. is a reconstruction of an unfinished project, implemented by Saga Development. Since 2008, the facility has been a long-term construction. In 2019, Saga Development took up its reconstruction, re-conceived and changed the architecture of the project in accordance with modern trends and development standards. Due to this, and with the help of professional real estate agents, ANDRIYIVSKY City Space will become a new iconic place in Podil.
